As a result of my study into Three Dimensional Design I have developed key skills. I think creativly, and have the ability to express my ideas through the design process, from conceptualisation to prototype through to finished product. I particularly enjoy the workshop environment, and have created a range of products, from fine metal and jewellery work, to full scale furniture projects and commissions

I was chosen as a finalist by 'Cabinet Maker' magazine with reward of display at the NEC, Birmingham, 2007.

The Orb was chosen to be used in the film 'Babylon AD' a futuristic film starring Vin Diesel.
The rejse stag mirrors have been used within many hotels and corporate environments as well as the private home.
I have extensive experience of using Photoshop, illustrator and other desin-related software including knowlegde of Rhino and Auto Cad.
I have sound model making skills (full scale and scaled down.)
2/1 - BA Hons, Three dimensional design, Northumbria University.
Currently working as 'Designer in Residence' at Northumbria University, Newcastle.

| INTERESTS |

My design interest has been stronlgy influenced by my Scandinavian heritage. My father's family is Danish and I have grown up with Scandinavian culture as a backdrop. I have been inspired by the simplicity of Danish lifestyle and Scandinavian design reflects this simplicity through its clarity and quality. Within this design culture there is a plethora of elegant, clean cut products which perform their function to a high standard. Function and form make a perfect combination and this is apparent in the products I have designed.
